Philippines Relief Efforts

As the Philippines begins to recover from the devastation of typhoon that left an estimated 10,000 people dead and countless others homeless, we reached out to old friend Fred Blancas of Integrated Micro-electronics Inc., the Laguna-based EMS company, to see how our readers could help.
