When I think of innovation, Xerox isn’t the company that first comes to mind. But the company’s CTO, Sophie Vandebroek, is on tap for the National Medal of Technology and in this interview with Fortune, discusses how the company has turned itself around in recent years by developing technologies that read, understand, route and protect documents.
