More on Vietnam

Great piece on Vietnam’s budding electronics industry at EE Times Asia. I would debate the comparison between the rise of the nation’s software industry from nothing to fairly significant within five years as being a suitable indicator of what could happen in manufacturing — my belief is computer science skills are much more easily transferred than manufacturing knowledge. But that’s a nit in an otherwise commendable article.
